A Preparation of SANIMAS Replication In Eastern Indonesia Cities
Field facilitator training is one of the steps in SANIMAS preparation activities. Since 2006, SANIMAS implemented in more cities in West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, South Sulawesi, South East Sulawesi and Gorontalo provinces. Jointly with the Directorat of Environmental Sanitation Development of Public Works Department, BORDA, BALIFOKUS, BEST, and LPTP conducted Training for Field Facilitators in Makassar last May 5-9, 2008 at Quality Hotel Makassar. The training was well attended by 98 field facilitators and responsible persons from designated local government agencies.

As of the follow up from the TOT Training of Trainer for Field Facilitator (TFL) of Community-based Environmental Sanitation (SLBM) in Yogyakarta, February 2010. The Traning of East Indonesia Region SLBM Field Facilitator was held in Lombok Raya Hotel, Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) conducted by Directorate of Settlement Environmental Recapitalization (PLP) Directorate General of Cipta Karya (Ditjen Cipta Karya) Ministerial of Public Work of Indonesia. More than 180 field facilitators from provinces of Bali, NTB, NTT, Maluku, North Maluku, Papua and West Papua, attended the workshop that mainly highlight on socialization and implement the Special Allocation Budget (DAK) of Sanitation 2010. 
More than five hundreds dewats plans around Indonesia which Borda Indonesia and partners has been constructed for more than fifteen years in Indonesia and looking at one of the Millenium Development Goals 2014 objective is to accelerate the sanitation development sectors has challenged all the stakeholders to have more numbers than the actual manpower capacities in sanitation sectors to build the toilets in Indonesia. 
Located in Banjar Abiantuwung Kelod, Abiantuwung village, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency, Bali Province, one of the Sanimas (Community Base Sanitatin) 2009 project was completed. The inauguration procession was held on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 also followed with Balinese Ceremony as the local tradition. Sixty household domestic waste are connected to the Dewats Plan.
